We’re currently conducting a review of our clinical and nursing policies, and I’m looking for guidance or resources your organizations use to help clinical staff determine when a formal policy is needed.
Do you have a decision tree, framework, or criteria, preferably grounded in evidence-based practice, that guides policy creation? I’m also interested in any tools or best-practice resources you use for developing or writing clinical policies.
